Remembering – Apricot Jam

The season for apricots is short but it sure packs a succulent taste.  Every time I visited with my Maman, she would remind me that a jar of apricots was waiting for us in the fridge and we would slather the buttered French bread with jam accompanied with a good glass of Chardonnay wine…I haven’t tasted that jam in two years…
